Directs the commissioner of transportation to erect signs in cities with a population of one million or more bearing the words "Special Needs Children At Play" in appropriate areas within such a city.
Establishes offense for the electronic stalking of minors within the class A misdemeanor of stalking in the third degree.
Expands the eligibility period for indigent legal service attorneys to receive certain loan forgiveness.
Authorizes the issuance of distinctive license plates bearing the words "Cure Childhood Cancer"; provides for the annual service charge to be deposited into the department of motor vehicles distinctive plate development fund and the excess of four thousand dollars to be deposited to the credit of the cure childhood cancer trust fund; establishes the "cure childhood cancer trust fund".
Creates crimes of cemetery desecration of a veteran as a class E felony; makes corresponding changes in cemetery desecration crimes in the first and second degrees and aggravated cemetery desecration in the first degree; makes additional penal provisions.
Authorizes the commissioner of education to conduct a study regarding courses of study on the Holocaust within the state.
Provides for lifetime sportsman licenses for honorably discharged, disabled veterans.
Provides that spouses who voluntarily separate from employment to accompany a spouse who is the subject of a military transfer shall be eligible for unemployment benefits.
