Enacts the "automobile insurance consumer information act"; provides for automobile insurance consumer information and complaint ranking; creates office of public insurance consumer advocate and powers and duties therefor; makes related provisions.
Requires that entrances to public and nonpublic schools be locked at all times during the school day.
Establishes St. Patrick's day, March 17th, as a school holiday for all city school districts of cities of one million inhabitants or more.
Prohibits individuals under the age of twenty-one from gambling.
Relates to providing transportation for children with handicapping conditions; removes the requirement that a child attends the school the district is providing transportation to for the purpose of receiving services or programs similar to special educational programs recommended for such child by the local committee on special education.
Allows the court to waive some or all of the requirements of the annual report, or impose additional requirements, which guardians for personal needs or property management are obliged to file annually.
Authorizes the district attorney to intervene in a proceeding brought by the owner of a premises upon which the tenant's occupancy is illegal.
Relates to agreements for the administration, management or operation of charter schools.
Relates to state gaming commission operational licenses.
Relates to operational expenses of certain gaming facilities.
