Permits the admissibility of testimony that a person reported acts of discrimination to another person in a civil trial under the human rights law, including the contents of such report.

Enacts the "fossil fuel facilities replacement and redevelopment blueprint act"; relates to the development of a blueprint to guide the replacement and redevelopment of New York's oldest and most-polluting fossil fuel facilities and their sites by 2030.
Requires that court ordered forensic evaluations involving child custody and visitation be a licensed psychologist, social worker or psychiatrist who has completed a training program developed by the New York State Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
