Provides tax credit to certain volunteer firefighters, volunteer ambulance workers and volunteer emergency medical personnel under certain circumstances.
Enables public employers to offer an age fifty-five with ten years of service or age fifty with twenty-five years of service temporary retirement incentives for certain public employees.
Authorizes the court the discretion to release persons charged with certain crimes involving possession of a firearm on their own recognizance or under non-monetary conditions, fix bail, or commit the person to the custody of the sheriff.
Allows the higher education services corporation to consider an applicant's change in income due to the loss of employment in determining eligibility and award amount for the tuition assistance program; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof.
