Replaces certain instances of the term mentally retarded or variations of such term with the term developmentally disabled or variations of such term.

Provides that a student enrolled in an individualized education program during certain school years may continue to receive educational services until the student completes the services pursuant to the individualized education program or turns twenty-three years old, whichever is sooner.
Requires semiautomatic pistols sold in this state be verified as a microstamping-enabled pistol; establishes fines for violations of this requirement; requires the division of criminal justice services to certify the viability of microstamping-enabled pistols.
