Requires disclosure of environmental conservation permit applicant's record of compliance with state, federal, and foreign environmental regulations

Requires applicants to the department of environmental conservation for permits to disclose information concerning other permits held and/or revoked, enforcement actions, criminal convictions, fees or fines owed, and other information relating to compliance by the applicant or any corporation of which they are an officer, director, or large stockholder with state, federal, or foreign environmental laws or regulations and certain other laws.

Relates to providing hazard payments to essential workers during a state disaster emergency

Relates to providing hazard payments to essential workers during a state disaster emergency; provides that certain employers shall make hazard payments to essential workers during a state disaster emergency provided no hazard payment shall exceed twenty-five thousand dollars in any year for any essential worker earning less than two hundred thousand dollars per year or five thousand dollars for any essential worker earning more than two hundred thousand dollars.
