Establishes the crime of forcible touching of a correction officer; increases criminal penalties for certain sexual offenses committed against correction officers when such correction officer is acting in the course of their employment.

Establishes the crime of doxing a police officer, peace officer, or state officer when a person knowingly makes restricted personal information about a police officer, peace officer, state officer, or a member of the immediate family of such officer, publicly available with the intent to threaten, intimidate, or incite the commission of a crime of violence against the police officer, peace officer, state officer, or a member of the immediate family of such officer; or with the intent and knowledge that the restricted personal information will be used to threaten, intimidate, or facilitate the commission of a crime of violence against the police officer, peace officer, state officer, or a member of the immediate family of such officer; requires the posting of bail.
Requires all public secondary schools to provide the annual administration of the SAT during a school day.
Provides for a personal income tax deduction for student loan payments.
Relates to disallowing sentences of intermittent imprisonment when the court is imposing a sentence for a sex offense.
Designates fire marshals employed in the Long Island Rail Road Company Office of the Fire Marshals as peace officers.
Exempts lemonade stands operated by persons under sixteen years of age from department of health permitting requirements.
Provides annual vehicular access for New York state's active volunteer firefighters and active volunteer ambulance workers and their immediate family at any state park or recreational facility.
Requires all public school districts, charter schools and non-public schools in the state that participate in the national school lunch program or school breakfast program as provided in the national child nutrition act to serve breakfast and lunch at no cost to the student.
Relates to the scheduling of a fact finding hearing after the issuance of a temporary order of protection in family court; provides that such hearing shall be scheduled no later than 14 days after the temporary order is issued.
