Requires lithium batteries of less than 1 inch in diameter and products containing such batteries to be labeled with warnings that swallowing such batteries has been known to cause death.

Prohibits the possession of a gun or non-folding knife while upon the premises of a governmental chamber or at a public hearing of the state or any political subdivision thereof; such violation shall constitute a class E felony; exempts police officers and security personnel.
Amends the definition of "public body" to include any entity created or appointed to perform a necessary function in the decision-making process.
Repeals provisions of law granting real property tax exemption to certain entities.
Requires that the board of directors or board of managers of a converted cooperative or condominium, as the case may be, must be comprised of a majority of members elected by shareholders or owners in occupancy so that control of the converted cooperative or condominium is turned over to the unit owners as soon as possible; applies only to plans of 20 or more units.
Relates to the personal expense allowance for residents of residential health care facilities receiving or eligible to receive supplemental security income payments and/or additional state payments.
Relates to securing payment of wages for work already performed; creates a lien remedy for all employees; provides grounds for attachment; relates to procedures where employees may hold shareholders of non-publicly traded corporations personally liable for wage theft; relates to rights for victims of wage theft to hold the ten members with the largest ownership interests in a company personally liable for wage theft.
Includes the theft of a pet within the crime of grand larceny in the fourth degree in certain instances; defines "pet" as a licensed dog or cat harbored by the owner or lawful custodian of such dog or cat in a dwelling or within an enclosure or yard.
Makes the photo speed violation monitoring systems program for school speed zones in the city of New York permanent; removes the limitations on the number of schools at which such systems may be utilized and the times during which they may be operated; requires such city to install signs giving notice of the use of such a system; removes the jurisdiction of the New York city parking violations bureau over school zone speed violations.
Establishes the crime of stolen valor when a person pretends to be a member of the military or reserves; provides that such crime be a class A misdemeanor.
