Relates to establishing an educational program related to the prevention of sexual harassment in schools by contracting with an outside entity who has expertise in sexual harassment training in schools.
Establishes a joint commission on public transparency and sexual harassment to adopt, amend and rescind rules and regulations defining sexual harassment for state agencies, offices, and branches of government and develop recommendations for the uniform distribution of such definitions and policies, and to receive complaints and referrals alleging violations by certain state officials.
Suspends the registration of a vehicle which has been documented multiple times within a period by a photo violation monitoring device for failure to comply with traffic-control indications.
Requires all public secondary schools to provide the annual administration of the SAT during a school day.
Requires the Hudson River Black River Regulating District to undertake a comprehensive study regarding the beneficiaries of the district and real property tax apportionments to establish a standard methodology for the determination of any future apportionment; requires that certain real property tax costs assessed to counties containing lands included in the Hudson River Black River Regulating District be paid by the state of New York; and provides for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof.
