Requires members of the metropolitan transportation authority police force to wear body cameras

Requires members of the metropolitan transportation authority police force to wear body cameras and for such camera to be on at all times during the officer's shift; directs the chief of the metropolitan transportation authority police force to promulgate rules and regulations pertaining to such body cameras.

Relates to the default of rent payments and judgments of possession for tenants who are small businesses

Provides that no default in the payment of rent due or judgment of possession shall be entered against a tenant who is a small business between March seventh, two thousand twenty and a date six months after the expiration of the state disaster emergency, as such term is defined in section twenty of the executive law, declared pursuant to executive order two hundred two of two thousand twenty, as amended.

Establishes an electric vehicle charging commercial tariff

Provides that each investor owned utility must file with the public service commission an electric vehicle charging commercial tariff that allows a customer to purchase electricity for the purpose of recharging an electric vehicle.
