Clarifies that employment at any licensee under the cannabis law satisfies employment requirements for parole, probation or other state supervision unless the terms and conditions of said parole, probation, or state supervision explicitly prohibit such employment.

Relates to refinancing of an existing mortgage loan; provides for a separate disclosure which compares monthly payments under the previous mortgage with the combined monthly payments for the new mortgage loan, property tax and insurance.

Relates to criminal liability for persons living with sexually transmitted infections who engage in sexual activity; repeals provisions relating to persons knowing themselves to be infected with venereal disease.
Requires each agency to develop and implement a five-year accessibility plan, to include: the steps the agency is taking and will be taking over the next 5 years to ensure accessibility to the agency's facilities, services, and programs for persons with disabilities, and information on ongoing projects and projects planned over the next 5 years related to improving physical, digital and programmatic access, and effective communications for persons with disabilities.
