Relates to advertising and labeling of locally produced food

Provides that no person, corporation, partnership or limited liability company shall knowingly sell any food product advertised or labeled as "local" unless such food product originated in New York or one hundred miles from the location where such food product is for sale.

Relates to the manufacture and sale of seasonal and decorative lighting products containing lead

Provides that on each seasonal and decorative lighting product manufactured, sold or delivered by a manufacturer or distributed in this state that contains an electrical cord casing made with polyvinyl chloride in which lead is used as a fire-retardant and stabilizer there shall be a warning label; defines terms; provides for civil penalties.

Relates to voter registration transfers

Provides that the board of elections shall transfer a registration and enrollment of a voter to wherever they move in the state, even if the voter moves to a new county.

Relates to the transfer of certain funds from the licensed private career schools tuition reimbursement account to the proprietary vocational school supervision account

Provides that if the net balance of the reimbursement account exceeds two million five hundred thousand dollars, any amount over two million five hundred thousand dollars shall be transferred to the proprietary vocational school supervision account.
