Extends, from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023, the expiration of the authorization granted to residential property owners in high risk brush fire areas on Staten Island to cut and remove reeds from their property.

Provides for the automated identification of affordability program participants to enable such participants to be automatically entered into utility corporation energy affordability programs.
Requires health plans operating in the state to furnish the cost, benefit, and coverage data as required to the enrollee, his or her health care provider, or the third-party of his or her choosing.
