Establishes the offense of unsolicited disclosure of an intimate image as a violation; requires sexual harassment prevention training for individuals convicted of such offense.
Waives the biennial attorney registration fee for New York attorneys who are employed in a public service job.
Provides that authorities having control of a fire department or fire company which provides emergency medical services may establish fees and charges for services.

Eliminates additional application fees and annual fees for special license plates issued to veterans of the armed forces of the United States.
Establishes an exemption from sales and compensating use taxes for diapers for infants, toddlers and children.
Creates a tax credit for employers who help reduce the governmental education loans of their employees and said employees who receive such reduction in governmental education loans.
