Prohibits the use of chemical flame retardants on residential upholstered furniture beginning July first, 2020.

Relates to prohibiting the sale of tobacco at state-operated institutions of the state university of New York, and prohibiting the use of tobacco by students at state-operated institutions of the state university of New York and vehicles owned, rented or leased by the state university of New York.
