Relates to the growth of industrial hemp and the regulation of hemp extract and provides for the licensing of cannabinoid related hemp extract and the requirements for such licenses.
Requires the commissioner of education to make recommendations to the board of regents relating to instruction on preventing child sexual exploitation and child abuse in grades kindergarten through eight.
Prohibits race discrimination based on natural hair or hairstyles; defines "race" for certain specific purposes to include, but not be limited to, ancestry, color, ethnic group identification, and ethnic background, and to include traits historically associated with race, including but not limited to, hair texture and protective hairstyles; and defines "protective hairstyles" to include, but not be limited to, such hairstyles as braids, locks, and twists.
Prohibits vessels from operating, anchoring or mooring in the navigable waters of the state while operating a digital billboard.
