Prohibits and regulates the discovery and disclosure of immigration status; prohibits police officers, peace officers, school resource officers, probation agencies, state entities, state employees, and municipal corporations from questioning individuals regarding their citizenship or immigration status; regulates the disclosure of information relating to immigration status.

Prohibits the installation of certain security devices used to control access to common areas of a residential building without the written permission of the manager or board of directors of such property.

Requires employers to disclose compensation or range of compensation to applicants and employees upon issuing an employment opportunity for internal or public viewing or upon employee request.
Relates to the disclosure of beneficial owners of limited liability companies and certain information about such beneficial owners.
Provides the amount of compensation an attorney shall receive from representing a client which was assigned to the attorney through the bar association; increases such amount from seventy-five dollars to one hundred fifty dollars per hour; makes related provisions.
Provides a permit for a memorial lands facility.
Establishes "Elizabeth's law"; requires child care providers to be provided with informational materials on the impacts and dangers of congenital cytomegalovirus infection and the treatments and methods of prevention of cytomegalovirus infection; requires distribution of materials relating to cytomegalovirus by certain physicians.
