Establishes a local authorities searchable subsidy and economic development benefits database; relates to the obligations of certain industrial development agencies and local development corporations.
Establishes the crime of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree; makes technical corrections.
Directs the department of health to develop state food guidelines for foods purchased, served, and sold by state agencies, programs, and institutions and on state property.
Enacts the "New York City Training And Comprehension of Trauma in Children (TACTIC) Act"; establishes the TACTIC council; provides for a trauma informed care training program to teachers in schools located in the city of New York; creates a department of child trauma informed care to assist with parenting workshops, to assign trauma informed care specialists to schools and to report to the TACTIC council regarding child trauma informed care provided to schools in the city of New York.
Prohibits the creation and dissemination of synthetic media within sixty days of an election with intent to unduly influence the outcome of an election; makes such act a class E felony.
Repeals the excise tax on medical cannabis and the medical cannabis trust fund.
Relates to training requirements for attorneys appointed to represent a child in certain proceedings.
Prevents relicensing of drivers who have been twice convicted of certain violations relating to driving where physical injury occurs.
Relates to training and education for sustainable wage jobs and traditional and non-traditional employment in public assistance employment programs.
Provides that, on an annual basis, at least 25% of the moneys deposited into the health care transformation fund shall be allocated exclusively for certain community-based health care providers.
