Establishes the chief administrator of the courts shall submit annually a report on the administration, function and effectiveness of the Drug Treatment Court Program during the preceding year.
Relates to birth certificates for incarcerated individuals; requires birth certificate or certification of birth, or certified transcript of birth and social security card to be kept in the incarcerated individual's records until the incarcerated individual is released from custody when such birth certificate or certification of birth, or certified transcript of birth and social security card shall be provided to the incarcerated individual.
Relates to commissaries and canteens at correctional institutions; provides that items for sale at a commissary or canteen shall be sold for market value; provides that money placed into an incarcerated individual's commissary or canteen account or fund shall only be used for purchasing items or goods.
Establishes the offense of unsolicited disclosure of an intimate image as a violation; requires sexual harassment prevention training for individuals convicted of such offense.
Directs the president of the state civil service commission to publish reports annually relating to diversity within executive state agencies, authorities, boards, bureaus, commissions, departments and divisions under executive control.
Relates to the creation of a searchable database; requires the Urban Development Corporation to create or modify an existing searchable database including information on qualified participants receiving state economic development benefits.
Extends the coverage period for medical assistance to a period of one year beginning on the last day of pregnancy.
Relates to establishing the housing access voucher program; provides that the commissioner of the division of housing and community renewal shall implement a program of rental assistance in the form of housing vouchers for eligible individuals and families who are homeless or who face an imminent loss of housing; provides that the commissioner shall designate public housing access voucher local administrators in the state to administer the program.
Relates to expanding the right to assistance of counsel to include respondents in guardianship proceedings and kinship caregivers in custody and guardianship proceedings.
Prohibits evidence concerning opinions, estimations, measures, or calculations of damages for lost earnings or impaired earning capacity resulting from personal injury or wrongful death shall not be reduced based on race, creed, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, sex, familial status, marital status, or status as a victim of domestic violence.
