Amends procedures required for the custodial interrogation of children to provide additional protections and for taking juveniles and sixteen and seventeen year olds into custody.

Repeals managed long term care provisions for Medicaid recipients; establishes provisions for fully integrated plans for long term care including PACE and MAP plans.

Provides additional documentation a tenant may provide to demonstrate that such tenant or a member of such tenant's household has been a victim of domestic violence for purposes of permitting the termination of residential lease by victims of domestic violence.

Requires employers and third-party websites, job boards, and recruitment platforms to remove inactive job postings within a certain timeframe; authorizes the commissioner of labor to promulgate rules and regulations regarding such posting requirements and violations thereof.

Requires employers publicly advertising a job posting to include in the posting a statement disclosing whether such posting is for an existing vacancy or not; authorizes the commissioner of labor to issue an order to employers in violation of such requirement to pay a fine, cease and desist from such violation, or both.
