Requires voters to provide a current and valid social security number when casting a ballot to vote.

Increases penalties for the crimes of criminal diversion of prescription medications and prescriptions in the first, second, third and fourth degrees and criminal sale of a prescription.
Establishes a temporary retirement incentive for certain public employees who are above age fifty-five and with twenty-five years of service.
