Establishes a school voter registration access program to promote student voter registration and pre-registration.
Relates to creating the health emergency response data system, which collects information and statistical data relating to public health emergencies in order to assist the department of health, other government entities, health care providers, and the public in understanding and responding to public health emergencies.
Prohibits firearms in polling places; establishes the crime of criminal possession of a weapon in a polling; makes it a class E felony to possess a rifle, shotgun, or firearm in or within 100 feet of a polling place on the day of a primary, special or general election or while early voting is in progress.
Suspends all unnecessary travel by government agencies, departments, boards, authorities, and commissions as long as Act 9 of 2021, SB 202, of Georgia is in effect.
Authorizes the Manhasset union free school district and Manhasset public library to take certain actions to correct an understatement in the certification of the 2020-2021 tax levy of such library.
Authorizes the town of North Hempstead to issue bonds or notes to finance certain liabilities of the length of service award programs of fire companies located within the town; provides fire protection to residents of the town.
Prohibits enforcement of personal liability provisions against individuals in the event of default on a commercial lease, where the commercial tenant was restricted from operating under certain executive orders relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Relates to the minimum required amount of the indemnity bond or insurance policy required by certain common carrier ambulettes and paratransit vehicles.
Prohibits the use of chemical agents by police officers against minors under the age of eighteen.
Requires school districts to provide educational and support services to students with disabilities until such students turn twenty-three years of age.
