Provides for a two year suspension of a person's driver's license upon second driving while intoxicated conviction and authorizes the commissioner of motor vehicles to issue a conditional license for up to one year as an alternative to restoration of such license.

Prohibits a person from knowingly engaging in a repeated course of cyberbullying of a minor; guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor punishable by a fine not more than one thousand dollars, or by a period of imprisonment not to exceed one year, or both.

Designates certain substances as schedule I opiates controlled substances; includes within the offenses of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second and first degrees, the sale of certain amounts of preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances containing heroin and schedule I opiates.
Requires travel agents to be registered with the department of state, and provides for the regulation thereof.
