Relates to safety standards at baseball stadiums

Directs the department of state, in consultation with the office of parks, recreation and historic preservation, to promulgate rules and regulations establishing safety standards to extend protective netting from the area behind home plate to the foul poles at either end of both foul lines, during any baseball game played in a baseball stadium in this state; defines terms; requires all baseball stadium website seating charts and online ticketing outlets that sell spectator tickets to provide information about which seats are behind protective netting.
