Relates to school session days; adds general election day to the list of days when school will not be in session; allows a school district to elect to require staff attendance on a general election day or to schedule a professional development day.
Creates the crimes of tampering with electronic monitoring equipment in the first and second degrees.
Enacts provisions authorizing retail clinics and limited services clinics to provide certain services and directs the commissioner of health to enact regulations imposing certain standards and restrictions.
Directs the commissioner of the office of children and family services to conduct a study about child abuse and/or neglect cases leading to death where such child had been the subject of a prior open investigation for maltreatment.
Requires a study of the implementation of medical marihuana in regards to banking, tax revenue collection, and employment tax collection issues.
