Relates to operating a vessel while intoxicated when a child who is fifteen years of age or less is a passenger in such vessel.
Requires employers to display a poster containing information on veterans' benefits and services which shall be created and distributed by the department of labor for display by employers with more than fifty full-time equivalent employees.
Relates to physical therapist assistants; establishes that physical therapist assistants shall be licensed.
Authorizes the commissioner of education to conduct a survey regarding instruction on the Holocaust within the state; provides a report shall be delivered which includes detailed results of the survey, the extent the survey data submitted was compliant with section eight hundred one of the education law, and if needed, recommendations to strengthen provisions of law if not compliant.
