Relates to the rehabilitation of historic properties tax credit; and provides that small projects of two million five hundred thousand dollars or less are entitled to 150% of the amount of credit allowed the taxpayer under the internal revenue code.

Relates to increasing the penalties for operating a snowmobile while intoxicated

Increases the penalties for operating a snowmobile while intoxicated, doubles penalties for operators having .16 of one per centum or more by weight of alcohol in his or her blood, breath, urine, or saliva, and includes other operating while intoxicated convictions in sentencing considerations.

Establishes the crime of doxing a police officer or a peace officer

Establishes the crime of doxing a police officer or a peace officer when a person knowingly makes restricted personal information about a police officer or peace officer, or a member of the immediate family of such officer, publicly available with the intent to threaten, intimidate, or incite the commission of a crime of violence against the police officer or peace officer, or a member of the immediate family of such officer; or with the intent and knowledge that the restricted personal information will be used to threaten, intimidate, or facilitate the commission of a crime of violence against the police officer or peace officer, or a member of the immediate family of such officer; requires the posting of bail.

Provides for equitable disability policies

Provides for equitable disability policies; prohibits any difference, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, marital status, or national origin in the amount or payment of premiums or rate charges, or in the benefits payable, or in any of the other terms or conditions of any policy of disability insurance under the workers' compensation law.
