Establishes a voluntary registry of individuals with autism, Alzheimer's or dementia who may be at risk of wandering away from home; creates a standardized form available that may be submitted to local law enforcement agencies by family members and caregivers of such individuals that would include identifying information and may include a photograph of the registrant.

Provides that any disability or death of a volunteer firefighter caused by Parkinson's Disease was caused by an accident and sustained in the performance and discharge of duty unless proven otherwise

Provides that any condition of impairment of health caused by Parkinson's Disease, resulting in total disability or death to a volunteer firefighter is presumptive evidence that such disability or death was caused by the natural and proximate result of an accident and was sustained in the performance and discharge of duty.
