Provides that the commissioner of health shall compile and simultaneously report in a timely manner to the governor, the speaker of the assembly and the temporary president of the senate, health care data related to declared health emergencies including, but not limited to, the number of cases related to such health emergency that originate in nursing, adult and residential health care facilities that are transferred to hospitals and any deaths associated with such cases; and the reason a patient was admitted or visiting a hospital, nursing, adult or residential health care facility when the patient tested positive for or was affected by the declared health emergency; makes related provisions.
