Requires the commissioner of health to publish certain information relating to home care services usage on the department's website on a quarterly basis.
Expands the residential health care for children with medical fragility in transition to young adults and young adults with medical fragility demonstration program to include certain eligible residential facilities in addition to pediatric residential health care facilities authorized to participate in such program.
