Enacts the "stop Anti-Semitism on college campuses act" to ensure no state aid is granted to any college or university that authorizes, facilitates, provides funding for, or otherwise supports any event promoting Anti-Semitism on campus; defines "Anti-Semitism".
Prohibits the administration of COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations; requires the department of health to conduct a study and make recommendations on the benefits and risks of the administration of such vaccines; requires a self-controlled case series to be completed; makes related provisions.
Authorizes cities and towns, except a city with a population of one million or more, to establish community preservation funds; authorizes such cities and towns to impose a real estate transfer tax with revenues to be deposited in such funds; makes related provisions.
Requires the office of children and family services to utilize a cost estimation model when determining the actual cost providers incur when providing child care; requires the office to prepare a report detailing such.
Adds arts and music education as a common school branch that should be incorporated into the public school curriculum to provide a more well-rounded education for children.
Removes ammunition capacity set forth in the NY SAFE ACT of 2013; repeals certain provisions relating to the unlawful possession of ammunition or ammunition feeding devices.
Establishes March 13 as a day of commemoration to be known as "K9 Veterans Day".
Extends the statute of limitations of actions related to certain sex trafficking offenses, reviving such actions otherwise barred by the existing statute of limitations; grants trial preference to such actions; exempts such actions from certain provisions requiring notice of claims.
Prohibits the establishment of new for-profit hospices or increasing the capacity of existing for-profit hospices.
Establishes differential payment rates for child care services provided by licensed, registered or enrolled child care providers for providers providing care to children experiencing homelessness, child care providers providing care during nontraditional hours, or in other situations deemed appropriate by a local social services district.
