Adds drug and domestic violence offenses and crimes that result in death or serious physical injury as qualifying offenses for bail.
Allows courts to consider whether a principal poses a current physical danger to the safety of any crime victim, person or the community when determining bail.
Exempts school buses and parts, equipment, lubricants and fuel purchased and used in their operation from sales and use tax.
Allows current, active and retired military service members and reserve units of the state to qualify for distinctive license plates; allows the spouse to also qualify for such distinctive plates.
