This bill expands eligibility for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) reimbursement of emergency treatment for veterans who are treated in a non-VA facility. Specifically, the bill waives the requirement that a veteran must have received VA care within the 24-month period preceding the furnishing of emergency treatment if the veteran receives such emergency treatment within the 60-day period following their enrollment in the VA health care system.
Enhancing Geothermal Production on Federal Lands Act This bill revises the environmental review of geothermal energy projects on federal land in order to expedite such projects.

Don Young American Grown Act This bill prohibits the official display of a cut flower or green in any public area of a building of the Executive Office of the President, the Department of State, or the Department of Defense unless it is produced in the United States. The prohibition does not apply to any cut flower or green used by a federal officer or employee for personal display.
Fostering Opportunities for Resources and Education Spending through Timber Sales Act of 2022 or the FORESTS Act of 2022 This bill directs the Department of Agriculture to designate an area of each national forest for production of material to provide revenue for payments under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000.
