Religious Freedom Over Mandates Act This bill prohibits the use of federal funds for a record system that captures religious accommodations (e.g., exemptions) related to COVID-19 vaccination requirements requested by or granted to an employee, contractor, volunteer, or any other person.

Crime Doesn't Fly Act of 2022 This bill prohibits the use of warrants for the arrest, removal, or deportation of an alien as proof of identity at an airport security checkpoint unless the alien is being removed from the United States pursuant to immigration laws.
Child Tax Credit for Pregnant Moms Act of 2022 This bill allows a child tax credit for an unborn child who is born alive. It also allows the credit upon certification that a mother's pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage (the involuntary death of an unborn child who was carried in the womb for less than 20 weeks) or that the child was stillborn (the involuntary death of an unborn child who was carried in the womb for 20 weeks or more).

Protecting Life in Health Savings Accounts Act This bill prohibits distributions from health savings accounts (HSAs) or other tax-preferred savings accounts for abortions except for abortions to terminate a pregnancy that is the result or rape or incest or to protect a women's health or life.
One Citizen One Vote Act This bill prohibits the Election Assistance Commission from making payments to any state or jurisdiction unless the state or jurisdiction certifies that it meets certain election standards, including that it (1) requires a photo identification for voting, and (2) does not allow noncitizens to vote in any election.
Irresponsible Olympic Collaboration Act or the IOC Act This bill eliminates the tax exemption for any organization or entity whose primary purpose is the promotion of international, multi-sport, athletic competitions, and that has gross receipts in in excess of $100 million for any of the 3 preceding taxable years (e.g., the International Olympic Committee).
Title X Age of Consent Notification Act This bill requires providers of federally funded family planning services to inform a minor who receives services of the age of consent for sexual activity that applies in the minor's state.
No Mandates Act This bill prohibits federal agencies and certain entities that receive federal funding from requiring COVID-19 vaccinations. Specifically, federal agencies may not issue rules, regulations, or guidance that require an individual to receive a COVID-19 vaccination. The bill also prohibits requiring a COVID-19 vaccination to access federal property and services or congressional grounds and services. Additionally, an entity that received federal COVID-19 relief funds or receives other federal funds after this bill's enactment may not require a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of providing any service to an individual.
U.S. Leadership in Space Act of 2022 This bill authorizes funding for FY2021 to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), continues U.S. use of the International Space Station (ISS) through FY2030, and authorizes programs and activities. Among other requirements, NASA must maintain competitiveness within the human landing system program by funding no fewer than two entities, establish a plan for the manufacture of advanced spacesuits, establish a low-Earth orbit commercial development program to encourage commercial use and development of space by private entities in the United States, and update and improve the cybersecurity of NASA space assets and supporting infrastructure and maintain a Security Operations Center to respond to cybersecurity threats to NASA information technology systems. Additionally, the bill authorizes NASA to maintain two operational mobile launch platforms to enable multiple configurations of the Space Launch System and conduct missions to intermediate destinations, such as the Moon, in order to achieve human exploration of Mars. Further, the Department of Defense must review each of its planned, ongoing, and completed activities, programs, and projects on the ISS. The bill also (1) limits cooperation by NASA with China, and (2) provides for a designated invention to be the exclusive property of a user under specified conditions.
