Protecting Our Democracy by Preventing Foreign Citizens from Voting Act This bill prohibits federal funds from being made available to state or local governments that allow noncitizens to vote in federal, state, or local elections.

This bill posthumously provides for the award of a Congressional Gold Medal in commemoration of the 13 service members who died on August 26, 2021, while stationed at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Afghanistan.
Expanding Access to Affordable Credit for Small Businesses Act This bill establishes rules related to the authorization of lending institutions (including banks, small business lending companies, non-federally regulated lenders, and non-depository lending institutions) to make loans under the 7(a) Program of the Small Business Administration (SBA). Under the 7(a) Program, the SBA provides business loans and loan guaranties to small business borrowers unable to obtain financing elsewhere. Specifically, the SBA must ensure that these lending institutions and other entities (1) provide an independent audit that examines adherence to all applicable federal laws and regulations regarding anti-money laundering, counterterrorist financing, sanctions, and financial crimes; and (2) implement a compliance program that is designed to conform with relevant anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
Accelerating Nuclear Innovation through Fee Reform Act This bill prohibits the Nuclear Regulatory Commission from charging fees to review applications for advanced nuclear reactor licenses.
No Tax Dollars for the United Nation's Immigration Invasion Act This bill prohibits the federal government from making contributions to the United Nations (U.N.) International Organization for Migration, the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees, or the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.
Protect American IPR Act This bill addresses the effects of violations of U.S. intellectual property rights in China or by Chinese persons. The bill directs the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) to study the losses of revenue to holders of those rights. It directs the USTR to impose duties on merchandise from China in an amount equivalent to the annual loss of revenue to U.S. intellectual property rights holders reduced by the amount of tariffs collected for such violations. Duties collected must be used to compensate U.S. intellectual property rights holders injured by such violations.
Crucial Communism Teaching Act This bill directs the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation to develop a civic education curriculum and oral history resources for high school students to promote understanding of certain political ideologies (e.g., communism and totalitarianism) that conflict with principles of U.S. democracy.
Middle Class Mortgage Insurance Premium Act of 2021 This bill increases the adjusted gross income threshold for the phaseout of the mortgage insurance premium tax deduction and makes such deduction permanent.
Parents Bill of Rights Act This bill outlines various rights of parents and guardians regarding the elementary or secondary school education of their children. Among other requirements, the bill (1) directs local educational agencies to publicly post the curriculum for each elementary and secondary school grade level; and (2) requires schools to notify parents and guardians of their rights, including the right to review the school's curriculum and budget.
Natural Immunity Transparency Act This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to report within 30 days of the bill's enactment to Congress concerning natural immunity to COVID-19. In particular, the report must compare certain outcomes for individuals who recovered from a COVID-19 infection without having received the vaccination and individuals who received the vaccination.
