Proxy Advice Disclosure Act This bill requires a proxy voting advice business to disclose material information involved in providing proxy voting advice to a security holder, including the methodology used, sources of information, and conflicts of interest of the business. A proxy voting advice business provides, for a fee, recommendations to security holders on specific matters for which an issuer of securities has requested security holder approval or consent. In addition, a proxy voting advice business must make this advice available to the issuer. Also, the security holder must be made aware of any written statement made by the issuer in response to this advice before the relevant meeting or vote.

This resolution permits Members to object to the consideration of legislation that provides funding for assistance to respond to a major disaster if the legislation also provides funding for any other purpose.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission Survey Act or the NRC Survey Act This bill requires the inspector general of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to distribute surveys about NRC's efficiency and effectiveness. The inspector general must first draft and distribute an optional and anonymous survey to NRC's employees. If feasible, the inspector general must also draft and distribute a similar survey to stakeholders in the nuclear industry.

This resolution recognizes the 75th anniversary of Everglades National Park in Florida and expresses the dedication of the House of Representatives to the success of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan.

This resolution permits Members to object to the consideration of legislation if the title (including the short title, if applicable) does not adequately expresses the content of the legislation.

Expose Biden's Inflation, Deficits, and Economic Neglect Act of 2022 or the Expose BIDEN Act This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to determine the impact on the U.S. economy of each major rule issued after 12 p.m. on January 20, 2021. Any major rule that is determined to increase inflation or cause a decline in the gross domestic product must be rescinded.

This resolution expresses support for the Supreme Court's holding in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization (that there is no constitutional right to abortion). The resolution also applauds the courage of the Justices for standing by their allegiance to the Constitution and the legitimacy of the Supreme Court, and it expresses a commitment to supporting policies that continue to protect all life.
