Adds a definition of "mixed beverage". Allows the holder of a wine wholesaler's permit to take certain actions concerning mixed beverages and flavored malt beverages. Provides that a wine wholesaler may possess, transport, sell, and deliver mixed beverages to a person who holds a particular permit. Repeals a provision concerning a wine wholesaler that also holds a liquor permit.
Reestablishes the licensure of abortion clinics. Changes statutes concerning when an abortion may be performed. Removes the eight week limitation on the use of an abortion inducing drug. Allows, rather then requires, the revocation of a physician's license for the performance of an abortion in violation of the law.
Establishes the division of historic sites (division) in the department of natural resources. Transfers management of historic sites from the Indiana state museum and historic sites corporation to the division. Makes an appropriation.
Requires a health facility to send notice to a resident that the resident owes a debt to the health facility before the debt is assigned to a collection agency. Provides that the required notice must be sent by certified mail that includes return receipt and must be sent to the resident and the resident's legal representative.
Establishes the social work licensure compact.
