Driver instructions of law enforcement procedures.

Requires the bureau of motor vehicles to include in any driver's manual published by the bureau: (1) a description of law enforcement procedures during a traffic stop; and (2) actions a motorist should take during a traffic stop, including appropriate interactions with law enforcement officers. Requires the driver education advisory board to consult with the commissioner of the bureau of motor vehicles and the state police department regarding instruction on: (1) law enforcement procedures during traffic stops; and (2) actions a motorist should take during a traffic stop, including appropriate interactions with law enforcement officers.

Magistrates of Lake and St. Joseph counties.

Magistrates of Lake and St. Joseph counties. Provides that in appointing magistrates, the judge of the St. Joseph County probate court and the judge of the juvenile division of the Lake County superior court shall strive to reflect the ethnic and racial demographics of their respective counties.

Lake County judicial nominating commission.

Changes the selection process for Lake County judicial nominating commission membership to require that the four attorney members be appointed by: (1) the James C. Kimbrough Bar Association; (2) the Lake County Hispanic Bar Association; (3) the Lake County Bar Association; and (4) the Women Lawyers Association of Indiana.
