Prescription drug donation repositories.

Establishes the prescription drug donation repository program (program) to allow a person to donate prescription drugs and supplies to a central repository or local repository for use by an individual who is an eligible recipient or qualified individual. Provides that controlled substances are not allowed in the program. Allows a health care facility or pharmacy to elect to participate as a local repository in the program. Establishes criteria for the acceptance and distribution of donated prescription drugs and supplies. Establishes immunity for certain persons who act reasonably and in good faith under the program.

Meningococcal disease information for students.

Establishes additional information that a school chief administrative officer must give to students or parents of students about meningococcal disease and immunizations. Provides that the department of education (department), in consultation with the state department of health, must develop and make available materials in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Provides that the department must post the information on its Internet web site.

Pigeon Creek.

Defines "Pigeon Creek basin" as the area in Gibson County, Vanderburgh County, and Warrick County that is drained by Pigeon Creek. Establishes the Pigeon Creek commission (commission) as a public body corporate and politic composed of the following voting members: (1) The director of the department of natural resources or the director's designee. (2) Two representatives appointed by the county executive of each county in the basin. Allows the county executive of Pike County to appoint one individual to serve as a nonvoting member of the commission. Authorizes the commission to implement certain activities related to flood control, drainage, public use, public safety, and wildlife management within the channels of Pigeon Creek and within the area extending 75 feet from the top of each bank of the creek. Allows the commission to establish advisory committees to the commission.

Uniform county innkeeper's tax revenue.

Provides that a tourism commission may expend innkeeper's tax funds from the convention, visitor, and tourism promotion fund without appropriation by the county fiscal body.

Organ donation.

Provides that an individual may make an anatomical gift to an unspecified individual who is currently on an organ transplant wait list maintained by a hospital located in Indiana. Provides that if the anatomical gift cannot be used for an in-state transplant and there is not a contrary instruction, the gift passes to an appropriate organization.
