Establishes the meat processing investment grant program fund to provide grants to eligible applicants. Provides that the fund is administered by the Indiana state department of agriculture. Makes an appropriation.
Establishes a tax credit for an eligible taxpayer that employs certain individuals with a disability. Provides for calculation of the amount of the tax credit. Requires the taxpayer to submit information to the department of state revenue to claim the credit.
Limits the reasons for diminishing the amount of an insurer's subrogation claim or lien in a personal injury or death action to instances in which the claimant's recovery is diminished by comparative fault or liability policy limitations.
