Specifies restrictions that apply to wake boarding or wake surfing on a public freshwater lake. Establishes a penalty. Prohibits operation of a motorboat with: (1) an outboard motor; or (2) an outdrive unit; with a propeller that extends past the motorboat's transom, swim platform, boarding platform, swim step, or swim ladder for the purpose of wake surfing.

Establishes the Indiana first responders mental health wellness fund and program. Provides that the division of mental health and addiction of the office of the secretary of family and social services shall administer the program and fund. Provides that a first responder who meets certain requirements may apply to the division for: (1) costs associated with the first responder's active participation in a mental health treatment plan as determined by a psychologist or physician treating the first responder; and (2) compensation if the first responder is unable to work. Establishes requirements for obtaining compensation. Makes a continuous appropriation.
Requires the department of child services to obtain a court order to interview a child at the child's school without notice to the child's parent or guardian. Specifies the findings that a court must make to issue such an order.
Provides that the department of child services (department) shall disclose to the public certain information regarding child fatalities or near fatalities. Provides that, upon request, the department shall provide additional information regarding cases of child fatalities or near fatalities after consulting with the county attorney about the potential for specific, material harm to a criminal investigation or prosecution. Allows a person to bring a cause of action to seek judicial review of the department's decision not to disclose additional information. Makes technical and conforming changes.

Prohibits the sale of flavored tobacco products and their components, including: (1) cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco; and (2) tobacco products that have a characterizing flavor. Provides that a person or entity that sells a flavored tobacco product commits a Class C misdemeanor and may have the person's tobacco sales certificate revoked by the alcohol and tobacco commission.
Requires a railroad corporation to inform the local law enforcement authority of a blocked railroad-highway grade crossing in certain instances.
Prohibits health practitioners and other specified individuals from performing pelvic, prostate, or rectal examinations on an anesthetized or unconscious patient except in specified circumstances.
Provides that it is an unlawful employment practice to: (1) pay wages that discriminate based on sex for substantially similar work; (2) discharge, discipline, discriminate against, coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any employee or other person because the employee inquired about, disclosed, compared, or otherwise discussed the employee's wages; (3) require as a condition of employment nondisclosure by an employee of the employee's wages; or (4) require an employee to sign a waiver or other document that purports to deny the employee the right to disclose the employee's wage information. Provides that the civil rights commission has jurisdiction for the investigation and resolution of complaints of these employment actions.
Provides for the mechanism for underground storage of carbon dioxide in Indiana. Provides that the new chapter does not apply to the carbon sequestration pilot project established pursuant to IC 14-39-1. Makes conforming changes.
