Amends the Hydraulic Fracturing Regulatory Act. Adds references to "horizontal drilling with fracturing operations" alongside "high volume horizontal hydraulic fracturing". Makes changes in required information included in applications for permits. Provides that the chemical disclosure information required by the Act shall be submitted at the time of permit application. Provides that the Department of Natural Resources shall add the updated contents of the fluid used in any and all well treatments to the public chemical disclose lists and to the medical and emergency use chemical disclosure lists for the respective wells no later than 24 hours from the time of receiving the updated information. Provides that the provision protecting trade secrets concerning chemical disclosure under the Act shall not apply to the requests for information from the medical and emergency health care community.
Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act. Provides that the employment discrimination Article of the Act applies to domestic workers. Amends the Minimum Wage Law. Provides that the overtime provisions of the Law apply to domestic workers. Amends the One Day Rest In Seven Act. Provides that every person employed as a domestic worker shall be allowed at least 24 consecutive hours of rest in every calendar week. Provides that a domestic worker may voluntarily agree to work on the day of rest, provided that the worker is compensated at the overtime rate for all hours worked on the day of rest. Provides that the day of rest should, whenever possible, coincide with the traditional day reserved by the domestic worker for religious worship. Provides that after one year of work with the same employer a domestic worker shall be entitled to at least 3 days of rest in each calendar year at the regular rate of compensation.
Amends the Condominium Property Act. Makes a technical change in the short title Section.
Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Deletes language that provides that the Department of Public Health may require any facility licensed by the Department to implement an influenza vaccination program that ensures that the employees of the facility are offered the opportunity to be vaccinated against seasonal influenza and any other novel or pandemic influenza viruses as vaccines become available. Provides instead that the Department shall require any facility licensed by the Department to implement an influenza vaccination program that requires onsite health care workers affiliated with the facility and persons with privileges on the medical staff to either annually receive an influenza vaccination or, as an alternative to the annual influenza vaccination, wear a facility-provided surgical or procedural mask or other mask that covers the mouth and nose area of the face while this person is performing his or her duties in any patient care area of the facility during the influenza season, as defined by the Department. Sets forth provisions concerning vaccination records, business contracts, and facility implementation policies.
Amends the Counties Code. Adds a Division addressing general provisions. Provides that no person elected under this Article shall be eligible to hold office if he or she is a convicted felon.
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Changes definition of "rescue vehicle" to include vehicles used for the emergency treatment of persons who are sick, injured, wounded or otherwise incapacitated or helpless. Effective immediately.
Amends the Internet Dating Safety Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Amends the Hydraulic Fracturing Regulatory Act. Provides that no person shall conduct horizontal drilling with fracturing operations or high volume horizontal hydraulic fracturing operations in this State. Provides that the ban on any and all horizontal drilling with fracturing operations and high volume horizontal hydraulic fracturing operations in this State shall continue until the General Assembly determines that horizontal drilling with fracturing operations and high volume horizontal hydraulic fracturing operations can be allowed to occur in this State in a manner that is consistent with Article XI, Sections 1 and 2 of the Illinois Constitution. Changes the name of the Task Force on Hydraulic Fracturing Regulation to "the Task Force on Fracturing Regulation". Adds members to the task force. Creates additional responsibilities for the task force.
Amends the Hydraulic Fracturing Regulatory Act. Adds reference to horizontal drilling with fracturing operations. Adds provisions concerning a county board or governing body's approval or denial for a request to consent for a local siting of a well site and operations. Makes other changes to provisions concerning permit applications, public notice, and public comment periods.
