Amends the Abused and Neglected Long Term Care Facility Residents Reporting Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board for its FY12 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2011.
Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act. Expands the definition of "therapist" to include a pharmacist who dispenses pharmaceuticals to a recipient or is consulted by a recipient for the proposed dispensing pharmaceuticals that the pharmacist knows, or reasonably should know, are intended for the provision of mental health or developmental disability services. Adds to the definition of "mental health or developmental disabilities services" the prescribing and dispensing of pharmaceuticals. Provides that the term "record" includes information that indicates that a person is a recipient of mental health or developmental disabilities services.
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, as follows: Other State Funds $48,370,000.
Amends the Early Intervention Services System Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Amends the Illinois Lottery Law and the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois to extend the Quality of Life scratch-off game and the Quality of Life Board for an additional 5 years. Effective immediately.
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, as follows: Other State Funds $169,169,045.
