Designates Illinois Route 16 from its junction with Illinois Route 127 at School Street to its junction with Illinois Route 185 in Hillsboro as the Marine Lance Corporal Larry D. Claybrook Memorial Highway.
Recognizes the following law enforcement officers who were killed in the line of duty: Sheriff John Lammy, names Route 96 between Kampsville and Mozier in his honor; Marshal Charles B. Rose, names the Kampsville Ferry Landing in his honor; Illinois State Trooper George L. Fredrickson, names a stretch of Route 100 from Grafton to Pere Marquette State Park in his honor; and recognizes Route 100 in Calhoun County being named in honor of Chief Deputy Brian K. Gibbons.
