Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that amounts properly deducted for federal income tax purposes for depreciation of farm machinery and equipment shall be deducted from net income for purposes of determining child support obligations.
Amends the Restricted Call Registry Act. Makes a stylistic change in a Section concerning definitions.
Amends the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act and the Department of Natural Resources Act. Requires the Department of Natural Resources as soon as practicable to assign a customer identification number to each applicant for a hunting or fishing license. Provides that after the applicant has been assigned a customer identification number, the applicant may use that customer identification number in place of his or her social security number on any subsequent application for a hunting or fishing license. Requires the Department to keep a record of the social security number of each applicant and to notify each applicant that his or her social security number is kept on file with the Department. Provides that a licensee's social security number shall not appear on the face of his or her hunting or fishing license.
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the money deposited in the Park and Conservation Fund from certificates of title be used for the acquisition and development of recreational paths or trails (instead of bike paths). Effective immediately.
Urges the U.S. Congress to pass the Social Security Fairness Act of 2003.
Amends the Historic Preservation Agency Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.
Amends the School Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning school counselors.
Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971. Provides that the program of health benefits must include coverage for hearing evaluations, hearing aids, and the dispensing and fitting of hearing aids. Effective July 1, 2003.
Amends the School Code. Provides that pupils who are residents of a school district for fewer than 60 days before the start of the school term and who become non-resident during the school term shall be charged tuition for the remainder of the school term. Effective immediately.
