Amends the Downstate Public Transportation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Amends the Governor Succession Act. Provides that the Governor shall receive no State compensation for any period during which the Governor leaves office temporarily and the next officer in the line of succession exercises and discharges the powers and duties of the office of Governor due to the pending indictment of or pending criminal charge against the Governor. Effective immediately.
Amends the Election Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a disabled voter's identification card.
Amends the Airport Authorities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the petition to set forth a tax rate.
