Amends the Secretary of State Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the deposit of public acts, laws, and resolutions with the Secretary of State.
Amends the Community Self-Revitalization Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning possession of explosives or explosive or incendiary devices.
Amends the Election Code. Makes various changes concerning campaign finance, including, without limitation, the imposition of campaign contribution limits beginning November 3, 2010. Effective immediately in part and January 1, 2011 in part.
Amends the Military Leave of Absence Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a State employee's leave of absence for active military service.
Amends the Water Use Act of 1983. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.
