Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for its FY 08 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2007.

Reappropriates $1,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of business on June 30, 2008, from appropriations heretofore made for such purpose in Article 5, Section 10 of Public Act 95-348, from the Education Assistance Fund to the Illinois State Board of Education for National Board Certified Teachers. Effective immediately.
