Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act. Provides that with respect to employment, it is a civil rights violation for an employer to refuse to provide reasonable accommodations for an employee for conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, if she so requests, with the advice of her health care provider. Provides that the term "reasonable accommodations" means actions which would permit such an employee to perform in a reasonable manner the activities involved in the job or occupation including an accessible worksite, acquisition or modification of equipment, job restructuring, and modified work schedule. Provides that the reasonable accommodations shall be undertaken provided that those actions do not impose an undue hardship on the business, program, or enterprise of the entity from which the actions are requested.

Amends the Department of Human Services Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the legislative purpose of the Act.
Amends the Illinois Credit Union Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the fiscal year of credit unions.
Amends the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Defines "omitted service". Deletes a provision concerning the transfer of credits and creditable service from downstate police pension funds. Provides that for omitted service, any employee who was employed by a participating employer in a position that required participation, but who was not enrolled in the Fund, may establish such credits under certain conditions. In the Section concerning Board elections, provides that if only one candidate is properly nominated in petitions received by the Board, that candidate shall be deemed the winner; in the case of 2 employee trustees elected to a full term in the same year, if only 2 candidates are properly nominated in petitions received by the Board, those 2 candidates shall both be deemed the winner. Makes related changes. Repeals provisions concerning transfers of creditable service to and from downstate police pension funds. Contains a nonacceleration provision. Effective immediately.
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that Illinois State Police Memorial Park license plates may only be issued to active or retired law enforcement officers or their family members, surviving family members of deceased law enforcement officers, and members of or donors to the Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation. Provides that these plates may be affixed to motorcycles over 150cc. Effective immediately.
Amends the Illinois Credit Union Act. Defines "charitable donation account" and provides that a credit union may establish one or more charitable donation accounts that must comply with the requirements of the Act. Further provides that the investments and purchases to fund a charitable donation account are not subject to the investment limitations of the Act and that the aggregate book value of the investments in all charitable donation accounts shall not exceed 5% of the credit union's net worth. Adds provisions establishing the procedural requirements of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation's examination process and prescribes the requirements of the Department's examination reports. Provides that each member of the board of directors of a credit union shall have a working familiarity with basic finance and accounting practices consistent with the size and complexity of the credit union they serve. Further provides that members of the supervisory committee of a credit union shall receive training related to their duties under the Act and establishes the acceptable forms of such training. Provides that, for a renewal, refinancing, or restructuring of an existing loan that is secured by an interest in real estate, a new appraisal of the collateral shall not be required under certain circumstances. Additionally provides that a credit union may act as a representative of and enter into an agreement with other credit unions or organizations for certain purposes. Generally effective immediately, but some provisions take effect on January 1, 2015.
Amends the Election Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act. Provides that training on how to properly administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation and how to use an automated external defibrillator shall be included as a basis for health education curricula in all secondary schools in this State and shall be a prerequisite to receiving a high school diploma. Effective July 1, 2014.
