Amends the Chicago Teacher Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that, in addition to certain listed items, reported payroll data must include any and all other data necessary for the Fund to calculate pension benefits. Provides that any necessary amendments or corrections to certified data provided by the employer must be made within one year after the certified data is received by the Fund. Effective immediately.
Amends the Probation and Probation Officers Act. Provides that the Division of Probation Services shall establish training standards for continuing education of probation officers and supervisors and broaden access to available training programs. Effective immediately.
Amends the Housing Authorities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning an advisory board in a municipality over 500,000.
Creates the Statewide Task Force on Disconnected Youth in order to examine and develop ways to address the growing number of disconnected youth who are out of school and jobless in Illinois.
Amends the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act. Makes a technical change concerning rules and regulations for the establishment and continuation of narrowly tailored sheltered markets.
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Increases the maximum liability of a renter of a vehicle for damages resulting from loss due to theft of the vehicle from $2,000 to the actual and reasonable costs incurred up to the fair market value of the vehicle immediately before the loss occurred, as calculated by a commonly and commercially accepted method to establish a fair market value.
Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a technical change in a Section regarding the short title of the Article concerning mortgage foreclosures.
Amends the Affordable Housing Planning and Appeal Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning determinations of exempt local governments.
Amends the Housing Authorities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
